Donya Davis Davis

As Head of Design, Donya leads a team of multi-disciplined experts, providing art direction and senior counsel. During her decade-long tenure in design, Donya has worked on several noteworthy brands including Diageo, UBS, Lexus, and P&G. Her expertise and knowledge spans consumer and corporate, within the fields of brand identity and editorial design. Donya seamlessly bridges the gap between creative employees and management. Her experience delivers a proven track record of effective communication, innovation, and high-level design problem-solving, with set processes and practices to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. ​

Donya is a driven individual, giving voices to the unheard. In 2017, she founded a collective called ‘We For The Culture’ that promotes and recognises art, theatre and books that put black voices at the centre of culture-first discussions.
