About me
Tehani is driven to make positive change in people's lives through design. A passion she cultivated as she began her journey in graphic design and visual communication at the Academy of Design, Northumbria, where she graduated with First Class Honours. Her exceptional talent earned her the privilege of being chosen to represent Sri Lanka at the Spikes Creative Academy in Singapore very early on in her career.
Passionate about advancing the design industry in Sri Lanka, Tehani has shared her insights at renowned events like Sri Lanka Design Festival. With over 5 years of experience, she specializes in crafting brand identities by exploring the science behind design. She has added value to global and local brands such as Carlsberg, Somersby, Unilever, RedBull, Keells, Anchor, and Rocell.
Currently, Tehani is the Head of Design and a Creative Group Head at Magic Mango Colombo and co-founded its design arm, Pimpl a couple of years ago. Guided by her personal mantra, “never stop exploring,” she continues to push creative boundaries to change the world, one campaign at a time.
