Contracted to oversee creative coming from multiple international agencies and help with NPD launch for one of the world's most loved Technology /mobile brands. (Still under NDA).
Creative leadership across Jam, WCRS, Mischief, Slice, Synergy, etc.. in many channels on Engine wide clients. Helped lead the group's most successful growth period of wins + awards for the various agencies. Also helped the group win a number of best-in-class titles for the agencies with publications and industry bodies.
Most folks would say something like "get that Aussie chap with the silly big hair to help".

Helped take Jam from a 'not on the radar' name to a UK Top 5 Digital Agency in my first year.
Kept it in that Top 5 Digital agency status for the next 4+ years.

- Built the creative offering/team from scratch. Started with 0 creatives and then built a team of 25 creatives within the agency's first 18 months via new biz wins and growth.
- Created a new agency brand for Engine that grew by 355% and be named as a Top 5 Agency for 4 years running while I was in charge.

While ECD for Jam I was asked to lead large cross agency projects with the group's various agencies and became joint ECD of Engine Group (officially) later on.
Jam is now rebranded as part of the wider Deep Focus at ENGINE.

My role was to focus on Digital creativity working mainly with Mercedes Benz, Smart and Migros.
At 20:20 I helped the agency through rapid growth and the merging of 9 separate agency companies (across the UK) owned by the Digital Marketing Group PLC into the one brand - resulting in 20:20 becoming the UK’s largest digital agency. (2010 turnover - £58m, 500+ people).
