Aaron began his career on Wall Street at ill-fated Drexel Bernhem Lambert. After realizing his heart lay elsewhere, Aaron transitioned into advertising at McCaffrey & McCall working on Mercedes-Benz. Working his way up the advertising ladder he moved to Ammirati & Puris and then Angotti Thomas Hedge. He has worked on business for such brand as Saab Cars, Coca-Cola Foods, Barron's, Bacardi Imports, Reckitt & Colman and Chase Manhattan. In 1997 Aaron joined KB&P. Aaron now helps to oversee both Neuberger & Berman and Citibank.

An industry veteran with over 20 years experience leading integrated advertising agencies, Aaron led kbs+ and its network of integrated agency offerings, including media, digital and public relations. While at kbs+, he spearheaded major client initiatives, including the iconic redefinition of Target’s value proposition and marketing strategies. Aaron serves on the board of Amref, the largest healthcare NGO in Africa and guest lectures at leading universities and global industry conferences.
