I'm Adina, and I'm passionate about creativity. I've been in the advertising industry for 10 years and I still love it with the same passion I had in day one.

I am an emerging creative talent with a strong background in digital, a creative director, a mentor, and a writer on a purpose-led journey. My portfolio is rich in campaigns that turned ordinary briefs into innovative multi market narratives that won big.

I am continually inspired by the latest trends and technology, and I never miss the chance to use them to produce outstanding work on demanding projects.

With more than a decade of experience working in both small and large agencies, including MRM//McCann, Cheil, and Draft FCB, I've been awarded at numerous advertising festivals, such as Cannes Lions, Cannes Film Festival, Global Effie Awards, LIA Awards, D&AD, Golden Drum, Eurobest, and Webby, among others. I've also been shortlisted twice for the Cannes Lions See It Be It program.

Today, I'm the Creative Director for v8, one of the hottest independent agencies in Romania and one of the most awarded. In my current role I'm mentoring 5 creative teams.

Outside work I'm a huge fan of animals in all forms and colors.
