I’ve spent over a decade diving deep into the world of digital and tech, leading marketing efforts with a passion for making things happen. As Global SVP of Marketing at DEPT®, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help shape us into one of the fastest-growing and most awarded digital agencies—and yes, one of the most exciting scale-ups from the Netherlands. Over the past nine years, I’ve led the integration of 32 companies into one unified DEPT® brand, expanding our reach across five continents. Today, DEPT® is a certified B Corp with over 4,000 specialists pushing the boundaries of tech, marketing, and AI for brands like Google, eBay, and Netflix.
At DEPT®, I lead our brand, communications, and marketing strategy and team—driving growth externally while also fostering a strong internal culture as in the end, I’m all about creating a brand that feels meaningful both to our clients and our teams. Along the way, we’ve picked up some great recognition, like being named Campaign US Digital Innovation Agency of the Year and winning three Webby Agency of the Year awards.
As a partner at DEPT® and a board member at SoDA, I’m always thinking about what’s next for the industry. And whether it’s co-founding the world’s first 24-hour Metaverse festival or organizing our annual DEPT® Festival, I love working on projects that push boundaries and celebrate creativity. I'm also passionate about supporting women in leadership positions, and I’m a member of SER Topvrouwen, a Dutch program that connects talented women with top-level roles in the business world.
