Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
Participating in the judging process can be a valuable learning experience, exposing oneself to new ideas, perspectives, and approaches to creativity.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
A hybrid jury can bring more diverse perspectives, cross-pollination of ideas, real-world relevance and a holistic evaluation. By leveraging the diverse expertise and perspectives it brings together, you can achieve a more meaningful evaluation of the submitted work.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
The free entry of ideas aids the participation of young individuals who may have the potential but lack the resources. This empowers the industry to refresh the faces of participants with new talents.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
The pursuit of perfection is a never-ending journey filled with mistakes that make us better. I believe that all participants are perfect in their own unique way.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
The quick answer is artificial intelligence; nevertheless, in reality, it's about how this activity is impacting our experiences.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
I don't think I can choose just one, but something that does excite me is that I see more and more female talent leading creative teams.
