Leading the agency’s overall marketing strategy and managing its communications, the role further developed to include:
- Overseeing a small design team
- Helping to secure new business opportunities
- Content creation: coordinating video shoots
- Managing and writing award entries, with great results
- Organising events, from small client sessions to conferences
- Overhauling the brand identity
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders: media,
creative and digital agencies
Senior Marketing Executive Dec 2015 – Jun 2017
A key role within the business, working across a variety of departments, Responsibilities included:
- Project management
- Writing and propelling PR efforts
- Managing all CRM output for the agency
- Developing and executing the social media strategy
- Analysing data and insights
- Establishing an in-house creative offering
Working on the Land Rover account, the assignment was to successfully launch the brand’s new website in 28 different markets worldwide. This involved working with a variety of players across multiple time zones.
During the placement I was given the task of researching and analysing the mechanics of this complex membership scheme to assist with the company’s future direction by creating a detailed marketing plan.
