In 2022, Raymund was nominated for Southeast Asia Creative Person of the Year by Campaign Asia. A recognition he received for transforming a young digital indie into one of the Philippines’ most awarded agencies through creativity, culture, and innovation.
Under his creative leadership, they were named 2022 Agency of the Year multiple times, winning six AOY trophies across shows locally, regionally, and globally, namely Philippine 4As, IMMAP Boomerang, Campaign Global, Campaign Asia, including Tech Innovator of the Year, two years in a row. And built a culture hailed as 2021 Southeast Asia’s best by Campaign Asia.
Over 17 years of local and regional experience, taking care of brands like Jollibee, P&G, UNIQLO, Pepsi, and Heineken, and along the way, picked up some recognition at Cannes, Clio, London International Awards, Caples, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, German Design, Kidlat, Boomerang, Araw, Tambuli, including the country’s first Grand Prix at Busan Ad Stars and the inaugural Kidlat Grand Diwa for E. Zobel Diwa Award for creativity with impact to the community.
He’s sat on the jury of New York Festivals, Mad Stars, London International Awards-Adobo, Phnx, Google Jam For Good, IMMAP Boomerang, Young Lotus PH, including Jury President at Kidlat Awards.
He enjoys creative communications because this is where his interests intersect – culture, innovation, art, literature, community building, psychology, and just pure interest in humanity. He believes that creativity can bring world peace.
