Anouchka started her career at Universal Music International, working within the global marketing divisions in London and Paris. She later joined Extreme Music, a division of Sony Music where she launched and headed up the French and Benelux markets, in addition to business development and marketing responsibilities in the UK.
Three years later she was approached by Havas Worldwide to work on the 360 deal between Bacardi Global and Groove Armada. This multi-award winning campaign led her to The:Hours and Euro RSCG Luxe, as a Group Account Director, also part of Havas Worldwide. Her responsibilities included launching the London office, driving new business and servicing clients including Cartier, Estée Lauder and Tommy Hilfiger amongst others.
In 2011, Anouchka co-founded and launched Luxx Lab, a luxury fashion eCommerce platform for emerging designers and niche labels which saw the likes of Max Fowles and Natasha Zinko début Internationally.
Following its closure, Anouchka returned agency-side freelancing in Senior/Group Account Director, Business Director and Business Development Director roles. Her brand experience now spans L’Oréal, Lancôme, Orveda, P&G, Nutraderm (Nestlé Skin Health), Airbus, O2, Samsung, Sony Mobile Global and J.P. Morgan to name but a few.
Anouchka has a BA in International Business from Bristol Business School, including an exchange at EDHEC Business School. She grew up in London, Paris and Mauritius, and has also lived in Nice, Cannes, Monaco and the Middle East. Anouchka is bilingual in English and French and has studied Spanish.
