Hi, I'm Michele. I'm an independent business owner and creative recruiter, focused on matching creative talent with creative opportunities across the greater creative industry. My professional love is in the development and connectivity of these relationships.

I have 18 years of in-house ad agency creative recruitment and creative management experience, the last 12 of which were global roles at the executive level.

I've led creative talent advocacy at acclaimed worldwide advertising networks, and scrappy up-and-coming agencies. I equally enjoy consulting alongside the C-suite within organizations, as I do career coaching talent at all levels.

My greatest joys and successes are in connecting talent to opportunities of mutual fit and benefit; and in helping to build creative departments and broader environments of positive culture where creative talent flourishes and businesses thrive as a result.

I'm fortunate to continually gain unique perspective on global markets, cultural nuances, diversity of skill sets, and how to best represent multiple offices with multiple talent needs at once - each with their own brand individuality.

I'm proud to contribute to the creative renaissance of several companies - including multiple Agency of the Year achievements - and to be part of the positive momentum and growth of these businesses and their clients.
