Adams headed Shopper Marketing agency OgilvyAction MENA (now geometry global) in Dubai. He spent five years in the Region, where he was hired to launch and expand the agency's footprint in the Middle East and North Africa. Under Claus' leadership OgilvyAction MENA grew from 5 employees to more than 130 people across six offices in the region. His team won +75 regional & global creative/effectiveness awards. Subsequently the Dubai office became the most effective and most creative agency in the global OgilvyAction network for two years in a row. In addition OA MENA won key strategic assignments from blue chip clients like Coca-Cola, Unilever, British American Tobacco, Castrol, MMI Retail to name just a few.
