- Managing a prospecting strategy that delivered relevant, timely and bespoke proposals to potential local and global clients.
- Responsible for RFI proposals from content to design.
- Putting in place a chemistry meeting and pitch process and participating in the conversion of three new six to seven figure client's.
- Creating and updating agency content, including case studies, for intermediaries and journalists, and being one of their key agency contacts.
- Assisting with the writing of the New Business and Marketing plan and presenting it to the agency.
- Managing the New Business and Marketing budget, which includes allocating budgets for key projects and keeping track of all departmental costs.
New Business
- Overseeing chemistry meetings and new business pitches.
- Managing the responses to pre-qualifying questionnaires, RFIs and tenders.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities using industry tools.
- Arranging and managing pitch feedback sessions.
Marketing
- Responsible for internal and external communications.
- Managing and updating agency collateral.
- Updating and developing the agency website.
PR
- Writing press releases by working collaboratively with client teams.
- Keeping on top of relevant PR material and making sure it is promoted fully. This includes staying updated on upcoming projects from different client service teams.
