As a pivotal part of the initial launch team headquartered in Melbourne, I am responsible for leading the complete market engagement strategy, talent recruitment, training, mentoring and revenue generation of a team of high performing Business Development and Key Account Managers.

Since joining the organisation, my team have billed over $500,000 in new client revenue from scratch, earning them the title of most successful acquisition team for Zomato Australia.

In my time as Club General Manager, I have had the privilege of managing two different clubs as well as head up the pre-sales and opening of the new purpose built flagship club in Victoria, Goodlife Preston.

Total Body X-Training provides health and fitness programs to individuals, corporations and sporting organisations. My role involves generating new business and managing accounts together with program development and elite athlete training.

• Provide a high level of client contact and ensure that the relevant stakeholder in the process are kept up to date through weekly progress meetings.

• Oversee the financial management of the development from start to finish.

• Directly manage and drive the projects contractors.

• Conducting regular inspections of construction activities to maintain quality control.

• Ensure that the contractors are in compliance with the project plans and specifications.

• Evaluate the progress of each project phase to determine if time schedules and cost objectives are being met.

• Provide and maintain a work environment for all employees, contractors and visitors that is safe and compliant with the current

• OHS legislation.

• Undertake project and contract administration tasks required on the respective projects including: drawings and document management.
