Freedman International is a London based company, specialized in global marketing implementation (Digital, translation, creative, studio, production). With the decoupling development worldwide, the idea was to open offices in the main countries (Paris, Shanghai, New-York).
My role was to introduce Freedman to the French markets, determine if there was a benefit to establish an office in Paris, and prepare a sales and marketing approach for the French market

● Closed appointments with multinational companies and worked with London on European pitches

Brief was to intervene in the client / agency relationship which was in crisis, and to manage the
international launch of 2 new vehicles
● Completely reorganized the department and brought about a normal and peaceful agency-client relationship within the first 6 months
● Released 308CC et 5008 new commercials in more countries than previous international launches
● Achieved 20 % economies of scale in international communications
KIA Brand Director

Mission was to strengthen the pitch team and the brand management, and to lead Kia Motors France communication re-launch and management acting as Team and global budget director
Pitched against Australie and Walk don't walk and won the account from Korean decision-makers; responsible for the supervision of the global account including local dealer promotion
● Re-launched the brand in all media plus 2 new major launches : KIA Seed et Seed SW
