Creative problem solver, Florence started her career in France working for the retailer Auchan. She then moved to the Financial services industry joining Galeries Lafayette card, working in France and Italy. In 2000 she joined Renault, as Director of European Internet and CRM, and in 2003, was promoted to VP of European Advertising, where she handled the relationship with Publicis and Carat and optimised the ways of working in order to shift communications from a traditional approach towards digital channels.
She set up her own marketing efficiency practice in France working for large advertisers such as Nestlé, Total, Yves Rocher for seven years before joining The Observatory International in 2014.
At The Observatory International, Florence works in both the London and Paris offices, advising leading Global Brands at Senior CMO level on the shift of marketing operating models.
She has been leading key Global accounts since 2015 and she is very familiar with the luxury industry culture and organisation.
In 2020, she started an executive coaching certification in HEC and she is now developing her strategic coaching practice.
She is a French citizen who has lived for 20 years abroad and is also fluent in English and Italian as well as basic Spanish and German.
