Verica joined PHD in 2009, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2013 with the remit to lead the London office whilst retaining her senior client relationships.,
Her passion has always been about seeking to understand a client’s strategic business challenges, and finding ways to meet those challenges with creativity and rigour, using the full range of PHD’s capabilities.
She seeks to create high performing teams, and believes that developing and nurturing people within the business is one of the strongest levers to drive business performance and growth.
Previous experience
In 2009 Verica joined PHD as Managing Partner on Sainsbury’s and Macmillan Cancer Support.
2002 – 2009 Prior to joining PHD, Verica worked at MEC in a number of roles, including Group Strategy Director and Client Service Director. She worked across a range of categories and businesses, including Wickes, Morrisons, Specsavers, Bourjois, Chanel, COI/Home Office, COI/DTI, Henkel, Wrangler and Visa Europe.
1998 – 2002 Her first role in media was at MediaVest UK, where she worked in both the direct and brand planning teams, with clients such as Capital One, Fiat Auto, Associated Newspapers, Star TV and 20th Century Fox.
