Charlotte Duthoo

Charlotte Duthoo is the Executive Vice President of Publicis Worldwide, in charge of Talent Management and Business Transformation. She supervises HR globally for 16,000 people as well as various projects aimed at improving operations. Before joining this branch of Publicis Groupe in November 2014, she spent 7 years at Publicis Groupe’s corporate office occupying various global functions. Joined as Chief Procurement Officer to create the global Procurement function and then added Insurance and Real Estate to her global scope in 2011. She has a consulting background having spent 5 years as a management consultant with McKinsey leading all types of client engagements in strategy, organization and operational improvement, especially in the sectors of media, retail and transportation. She started her career in 1997 at Publicis Consultants (today part of MSLGROUP), where she specialized in corporate communication strategies and crisis communications. She holds degrees in Political Sciences, Business Administration and Law.
