Stanley Chen is a designer and art director based in Los Angeles. He aims to create concept driven, visually compelling design and story that engages people emotionally and intellectually through research and collaboration. He imparts an approach that distils simplicity and amplifies impact with communication at its core. Working across brand identity, print, typography, interactive design, illustration, strategy, and art direction, he has collaborated with companies, agencies and institutions in both commercial and cultural sectors, including Beats, Acura, Facebook, Google, Nike, Sundance and the Getty Museum. His work has received numerous distinctions such as Type Directors Club's Best in Show, Cannes Gold Lion, and Complex magazine's 25 People Shaping the Future of Design. He is currently working as an art director on brand, content and marketing design at with an emphasis on Apple Music and Beats 1.
