Firms today can not be successful if they don't understand people. As a graduate in Marketing and Management, I firmly believe that successful companies are driven by the people they work with. Firms today need to not only have a concrete understanding of the needs and desires of their consumers, but also develop systems in which its employees can thrive and succeed.
