Ricardo Al Makul, 37, began his career at DM9DDB as account executive assistant. After 2 years, he transferred to Lew’Lara/TBWA, were he worked for 10 years as Account Executive Director. Still at Lew’Lara, Ricardo created an innovation nucleus called HUB, and was one of the creators of the Nokia Trends marketing platform. He also is the innovation-course professor at ESPM/Miami Ad School. In 2007 he set up his own agency called Centoeseis, in 2011 he sold it to Grupo ABC and in 2012 he came to DDB Brasil where he is responsible for new businesses.
