Angela Pasqualucci is EVP, Worldwide Account Director and Brand Agency Leader (BAL) on Procter & Gamble’s global Oral Care business. She leads the Publicis Groupe global team (including Publicis Worldwide, SMG, Arc, Saatchi X, Digitas, Medicus, Conill, Burrell, WPP’s Landor and Catalyst) to deliver big ideas and integrated plans by leveraging a collaborative agency partner model. Angela was the first BAL and a pioneer in guiding P&G and her business to success in this new model. Following the success of the Oral-B BAL pilot model, P&G awarded Publicis Worldwide the total Oral Care global BAL assignment led by Angela. Under her leadership, P&G’s Oral Care sales and share have consistently grown.
Prior to becoming the BAL for Oral Care, Angela managed P&G’s global Family Care businesses at Publicis, including: Bounty, Charmin, Puffs and Tempo. All of which grew in sales and share consistently while she was at the helm.
Angela joined Publicis NY in 2003 from Arnold Worldwide NY, where she managed P&G brands in the Family Care, Beauty Care and Fabric Care business units for over ten years.
Her brands have won numerous awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, Effies and NY Addys, to name a few. Oral Care was honored P&G’s inaugural Brand Building Officer Excellence Award in 2010 for best end-to-end brand building. In 2011, Oral Care was awarded P&G’s most prestigious honor, the R.V. Goldstein Award, for best global brand building.
