I am Founding Partner and President of independent, full-service brand agency Figliulo&Partners. As a digital native focused on developing outstanding relationships with clients, I am passionate about helping brands transform for today’s technology-enabled world. My digital agency background compliments the brand experience of the agency’s founder Mark Figliulo to deliver a unique approach to brand building.

Headquartered in NYC with offices in Atlanta, San Francisco, L.A, London, Singapore and soon to be in LATAM.
As President of LBi in the US I led our NYC and Atlanta offices of over 350 people. I was responsible for 35% growth year on year and pitched and won the agency’s flagship accounts. I spent the majority of my time working closely with our key clients, helping them achieve digital transformation within their organizations. I took ultimate responsibility for the strategic, creative, technology and media disciplines within the agency and led all our new business and marketing activities.
To create the agency, we put social media and emerging forms of marketing at the heart of our offering, and combined it with best in class brand experience, transactional website design and technology skills to create a really interesting, thriving agency. Clients include Coca-Cola, Sony Xperia, AmericansElect SeamlessWeb, MoneyGram, Neutrogena and other J&J brands, helping them figure out What's Next for their business, brand and consumer.

I came out to NYC from London to take over the agency and create LBi in North America, starting with merging IconNicholson, a 90 person shop, with social media specialists Special Ops Media to create LBi's New York hub.
Responsible for an £8m portfolio within LBi, with a team of 70 people from all disciplines within the agency. My clients include BT, Barclays, Unilever and Sony Playstation.
