Linda Bogle

With extensive experience all forms of moving image production, I have been working in the South African film industry for over 25 years.

I started working in the production industry in 1989, initially working as a Production Secretary in TV and Video Production for Peter Vaughan & Associates (MidWeek and Corporate Video’s). I then went on to work at INTV Productions (afterwards known as Urban Brew Productions) along with Danie Ferreira. After which I joined MNET’s in-house division Rapid Blue and did a short stint as a Director/Producer on in-house promo’s for MNET, particularly K-TV. After a working holiday in London at various advertising agency’s, I returned to South Africa and in 1994 and joined Patrick Latham & Associates as a Production Manager in film commercial production. I also did a stint during this time at Matthews & Charter (now Ogilvy & Mather) in Durban as the Radio and TV Producer.

Since 1994 I have worked as a Producer and Executive Producer with numerous production companies namely The Vision Corporation, Gatehouse, McKenzie Rudolph Film Services, Freshwater Films, Velocity Films, The Front Film Productions and Terraplane Digital.

In 2012, along with Film Director Trevor Clarence, I started the production company Your Girlfriend, which specialises in TV commercials and content.
