Hannah is a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam. Born in Canada, her advertising career began in Toronto. But over the past decade, she has worked around the globe for agencies in Canada, Australia, and Europe - on clients ranging from Nike to toilet paper.
Hannah’s work has been awarded Lions, Pencils, Arrows, and whatever the hell a Webby is (Is it a slinky? It looks like a slinky). But what she is most proud of are the ideas that have created a real impact on people and culture. Like helping Nike permanently change the Netherlands Women’s National football crest from a Lion to a Lioness. Or working with UNICEF to tell the story of child refugees - and then seeing that story on Kim Kardashian's twitter feed.
While she spends most of her time building brands, Hannah has also been known to talk about them – as a speaker at industry events (Hearsay, Cannes Lions), as a judge (Young Lions, Marketing Awards) and with publications such as Shots Magazine, PRI and iD (VICE).
Hannah is not currently writing a movie or a developing an app, but she does enjoy drawing her colleagues without them knowing and singing really bad Justin Bieber covers on her guitar in the privacy of her Amsterdam home.
