Jacky combines the theory and practice of blue-chip marketing with a dash of entrepreneurial flair. Her specialism is research and her particular expertise is in identifying insights and transforming them into brand and innovation strategies. At Sense Worldwide she is responsible for leading client accounts and for ensuring that our research techniques and practices continue to deliver the stimulus for transformative marketing thinking. Before joining Sense Worldwide, Jacky spent 5 years developing global marketing capability-building programs for US-based clients of Brand Learning and Added Value in the food and drink sectors. She also worked with her friend Susie Willis to develop and launch Plum Baby, the premium organic babyfood, in the UK, which sold to a private equity firm in 2010 for £10m. She won her spurs in qualitative research working on the rise of Tesco in the UK in the 1990s, and at marketing consultancy Added Value in London and South Africa, working largely in the telecoms and financial services sectors.
