Connection philosophy:
“The great advantage of the Internet is being able to make a personal connection to consumers like never before. Yet what’s so different today is consumers want to have a dialogue with the brand, not just be the recipient of messages. Today, it’s all about making a human connection with the consumer.”
Why you want her on your team:
Kathy’s great strength is her ability to break down complex digital and technological issues so they’re simpler and easier to understand. As she puts it, “Online business strategies have to be grounded in sound business principles. The trick is using the right interactive tools to deliver the most relevant message to the target market.”
