Graduated in Applied Mathematics by the Faculty of Science in Lille, Joseph operates a radical U-turn to enter a Communication High School. It leads him to a trainee period at Leo Burnett Paris.
9 months later, he's part of the first creative team hired by Fred & Farid to launch the successful agency Marcel Paris (Publicis Group) in 2005. During 2 years, Joseph takes part in winning several accounts as Orange Europe, Coca-Cola France and Match.com. He also won several international awards including a Bronze Lion in film at the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
In 2008, he joins Fred & Farid Paris for 2 years, as an Associate Creative Director, where he's part of the creative quatuor who produced the famous "Naturally Juicy" campaign for Orangina, featuring the sexy and fury animals. This work owes him a Wood Pencil for Craft at the highly reputed D&AD awards in London.
After a quick move at Havas City (BETC), where he teams up with Aurelie Breton (senior awarded Art Director), and several noticed works on Monoprix, the duo is hired by Pascal Grégoire at La Chose. During 4 years, Joseph takes part in the winning of global Skoda account for France and produces campaign for Amenesty International and L'Artisanat.
Eventually, in 2015, he teams up with Axel Didon, a senior copywriter he met 7 years ago at Fred & Farid Paris. As a senior team of Copywriters, Axel and Jo join the award winning agency Herezie lead by Andrea Stillacci.
