Gal Barradas is CO-President of Havas Creative Group in Brazil, and also partner and CO-CEO in BETC Säo Paulo.
With 27 years of experience, she started her career in Bahia, working at DM9 and Ideia 3. After that, in Sao Paulo, she got involved with the first wave of interactive agencies in Brazil, having founded Manga Rosa Multimedia. On the next years, she was Director of W/Brasil, AgenciaClick and F/Nazca S&S, having participated in important cases in the market, such as Skol, a Cerveja que Desce Redondo and Unibanco. She was also Vice President of MPM (ABC Group).
In 2010, she became partner and CEO of F.biz having contributed in the agency's strategic turn with branding, planning and creative abilities along with technology and analytics expertise.
In 2014, Gal Barradas has founded BETC São Paulo, together with Erh Ray. BETC is a network from Havas Group, based in Paris and also present in London. BETC Paris is considered the most outstanding agency in Europe, being the largest and most awarded agency in France and within the Group. BETC São Paulo main clients are Peugeot, Hering, Parmalat, JHSF Shoppings.
She was nominated for the Caboré Award in 2006 and 2008, and won the Professional Contribution Award from Association of Advertising Professionals - APP in 2009. In 2012, was named Most Outstanding person in the Brazilian digital communications market, according to the prestigious research of Grupo Consultores. In 2016, Gal and his partner Erh Ray, won together Award from ABP (Brazilian Advertising Association) as Best Agency Leaders.
Gal majored in Business Administration and has a postgraduate degree in Semiotics of Advertising Text from the University of Paris 8, France.
Besides the advertising activity, Gal is an investor of technology-based services startup and a member group of women business leaders. She is also Advisory member of NGO Verdescola.
