The CSULB Center for Behavioral Research and Services is a multi-function unit of California State University, Long Beach, and is dedicated to psychosocial research and services related to community health and social problems. Coordinated and designed state funded, health related publications that targeted hard-to-reach, at-risk populations in the local community. Produced an array of effective, targeted, research based online and offline communications materials including flyers, posters, brochures, environmental graphics and related ads for city programs as well as national and state health agencies.
Part of Experian Interactive, is the premier web site for consumer shopping for lower rates on bills, mortgages and household expenses, with annual revenues of $1 billion
and 600 employees.
Created prototypes and functional requirements, designed A/B tests, analyzed performance results, and managed web-based technology projects. Developed successful website strategies improved conversions. Developed functional and design specifications for re-launch of website including storyboards and collateral for online products to optimize the consumer experience.
