• Offline Producer of TV commercials and short-form film content for two award winning Editorial Companies
• Evaluate creative treatments to provide clients with editor and finishing recommendations for all
aspects of post production: offline editing, color correct, visual Fx, GFx and sound
Clients include: BBDO, McGarry Bowen, Mullen, BBH, Mother, JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, The Martin Agency, Grey,
Y&R, VIA, Anonymous Content, Smuggler, Partizan, Hungry Man, HSI, Radical Media, Furlined, MJZ, RSA
• Oversee facility, support staff and Assistant Editors. Prioritize tasks and troubleshoot any issues or conflicts;
schedule rooms, personnel, internal and external resources
• Track post production of each job to ensure timelines are met within approved budgets while maintaining a
supportive and welcoming creative atmosphere
• Bidding; negotiating costs with outside vendors; providing up-to-date job cost actuals
• Seek creative ways to build relationships with clients through thoughtful gifts and experiences
• Act of behalf of Executive Producer and Partners in their absence
• Review applications and interview candidates for employment

bonus recommendations
• Worked with staffing agencies, schools, and personal contacts to find qualified candidates; reviewed
portfolios and interviewed for Art Direction, Copywriting, Interactive, Direct Marketing and Design talent (*)
• Worked with PR firm to generate internal and external press about work; selected and supervised
entries for award shows (*)
• Planned outings, speakers events, holiday parties and monthly gatherings for 350+ attendees (*)
