Leading creative, design, UI, UX, and tech teams to do everything from brand naming and visual identity to product development, packaging, apps, websites, e-commerce and traditional advertising campaigns.
Prior to Phenomenon, he founded adams&partners, an award-winning, creatively-driven boutique agency that earned national headlines for its launch of thinkThin Protein Bars.
Before that, he was ECD at Saatchi & Saatchi LA, where he helped Toyota rebound from the recall to become the best-selling retail car brand in America. During his tenure, the agency was named Social Media Agency of the Year, produced The One Show’s Best Auto Ad of the last 20 years and had its best year at Cannes ever—with four Gold Lions.
He began his career and spent 16 years at TBWA/Chiat/Day where he worked directly with Steve Jobs on Apple, launched the Pedigree “Dogs rule” campaign and led Nissan to their first Emmy nomination.
He’s spoken at SXSW, been profiled in numerous advertising and marketing books and is a frequent judge at competitions like The One Show, AICP NEXT, Effies and Cannes Young Lions.
