About me

A native Los Angeleno, Behnken is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Southern California, where she earned degrees in Theatre and English. She began her career at Aaron Spelling Productions in casting and production on such shows as Love Boat, Hotel, Dynasty and Dynasty 2: The Colbys; Behnken also assisted Spelling?s partner, Douglas S. Cramer, for two years. Moving on to the LA office of Network 10 Australia, Behnken helped to promote and launch US television series for the Australian network, before taking a position at Amblin Entertainment, where she worked on the pilot and first season of SeaQuest, DSV.



Behnken?s feature film experience includes working with director Bill Condon on Gods and Monsters; she freelanced in commercial and music video production for several years, ultimately becoming the bidder at Palomar Pictures, in 2000, a position she held until joining GARTNER as Head of Production in 2001.
