Raj Kamble, a gold medalist from the Sir J.J. School of Arts, has spent over two decades shaping the global advertising industry. With stints at Lowe India, Lowe London, Lowe New York, BBDO New York, and BBH India—where he served as Managing Partner—Raj’s career is marked by his work on some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Stella Artois, Unilever, Nestlé, P&G, Saab, Diageo, Vaseline, Burger King, and Google.
His campaigns have earned over 150 international awards, including multiple Golds at Cannes Lions and The One Show, cementing his reputation as one of the most awarded advertising talents to emerge from India.
In 2013, Raj took a leap into entrepreneurship, founding Famous Innovations, now a creative powerhouse with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Dubai. Under his leadership, the agency has won South Asia Independent Agency of the Year nine times in a row, as well as titles like Digital Agency of the Year and Design Agency of the Year, making it one of the most decorated independent agencies in the region.
Beyond advertising, Raj is committed to fostering education and innovation. As the Director of Miami Ad School India, he mentors the next generation of creative minds. He also serves on the Board of Governors at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and MIT Pune and is a member of the Academic Advisory Board at the National Institute of Design. In partnership with the Indian government, Raj is part of a think tank working to make the country WiFi-friendly.
