Fred is Co-Founder and President of MMB. Under Fred's leadership, it has become one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the country. Prior to founding MMB, Fred was President and Chief Creative Officer at Hill Holliday advertising, the 13th-largest agency in the U.S. Under Fred's leadership, Hill, Holliday grew from $300 million to $1.2 billion in revenue.
Over the course of his career, Fred has won virtually every industry creative award, including the Grand Clio, the Grand Effie, Cannes Lions, along with wins at the One Show, the ADC and the Emmy Awards.
Outside of work, Fred is inspired by his three amazing kids. He also has a deep love for football, basketball and baseball, not to mention a borderline obsession with tuna fishing.
