I think it is always important, judging gives you the capabilities to keep growing and learning. and it is always amazing to check what's going on out there, so being in the PHNX Jury is an amazing opportunity for inspiration.

I think we all have our own criteria which makes this a diverse jury it is always nice to hear opinions of someone different and that can give you a point of view you haven't considered before

To me, that's amazing because we all want to give a chance to our work, and this is a perfect opportunity to do it, considering that several independent agencies sometimes miss the biggest festivals because they don´t have the resources.

A winner here is as winner as in any other festival this is a global award that still gives you the chance to shine here and there. Having Ad Forum behind makes the PHNX a perfect place to be.

That's changing all the time. To me the innovation and the powerful insights will be the winners, we all live in a world where everything is possible and that´s something that has been seen through out all the creativity festivals

I will nominate two people from my country because I admire them as creatives and leaders to me, the first one is Alex Pineda, CCO at TBWA Helsinki, a guy who has shone in the Middle East and that is now changing the game in Europe, making TBWA standing out in every region, and the second one is Manuel Bordé Global Chief Creative Officer at VML this guy is making VML one of the biggest referents of creativity and for sure a lot of people find him as an entire inspiration.
