Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
For me — it helps me keep up with the industries' new projects. Also, advertising my participation on Linkedin helps with my self-promotion (which is so important, especially now that I'm a freelancer)
For PHNX — it brings different jury perspectives, in my case, of a Latinx woman living in the UK

What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I think that's great! Having different perspectives helps award ideas that are strong in their entirety rather than creativity-for-the-sake-of-creativity.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
I think it makes the award much more democratic.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
Uses the creativity for a purpose, and works at all levels.
