What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
I use the opportunity to judge as a way to keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques used by the industry to communicate with their chosen audience
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
The new perspectives that deserve more recognition are from large brands that take risks. As it is harder to make a change for larger brands vs a smaller brands.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
Emerging markets include eastern European agencies and the emerging powerhouse of China. which is still developing it's advertising voice as a country.
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
A.I. will still dominate as the industry negotiates its application as a creative tool.
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
Be original and select ideas that zig when everyone else is zagging.
Which creative minds are inspiring you the most right now?
The area of contemporary art is breaking new ground by experimenting with new materials to express original ideas and views on global issues such as sustainability or diversity
