I love how open and diverse PHNX could be. Hope to recognise the unsung heroes.
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
Today more than ever, I’m a great believer in the strategic impact of experience & activation in brand building, often hidden behind their tactical roots.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
Latin America, always leads creatively out of sheer needs to compensate for lower budgets. Hunger drives innovation. Asia also offers always a different lens. Middle East and Africa are surprising me with more fresh work year after year.
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
Partnering and superpowering human output with AI, rather than hoping AI to do the creative work autonomously.
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
Don’t try to win an award. Focus on the work itself, make a candid push to take any idea to the next level. Eventually it will get the recognition it deserves.
Which creative minds are inspiring you the most right now?
Designers who trascended beauty only to create beautiful awe-inspiring experiences.
