Story | The challenge: stc is one of the main telecom companies in the GCC & MENA region. The postpaid market in Bahrain is saturated with many people having more than 1 line already. However, as it is one of stc’s core products, they were looking for ways to generate further revenue from it, via additional lines and VAS (Value Added Services).
